Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://estandarteservices.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services. Estandarte Services provides Lawn Mowing, Landscape Design, Shrub Trimming, Tree Trimming, Tree Removal and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Estandarte Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Estandarte Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Estandarte Services's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Estandarte Services from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by SC law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in SC for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
